Tres Placitas Del Rio is a small-scale cohousing community in Santa Fe NM. We live in an urban neighborhood with a rural feel along a tree-lined river. We are 18 adults and 7 children, with ages from 11 to 70. We have 11 houses, on 2.5 acres around a large open space.
